Young Adult Transition Day
Planning for life after high school? Work? Travel? College?
A Program for Young Adults with T1D or T2D on Insulin.
A day of learning that addresses questions of young adults and their parents about traveling with diabetes, carb counting in the cafeteria, your rights in the work place and at school, talking to peers about diabetes, risks associated with drinking and how to be safe, driving privileges, and much more.
The 2016 Young Adult Transition Day will be held Saturday, April 16 at the UCSF Medical Sciences Building from 9 am – 3 pm.
